Program Description

Event Details

An experiential workshop designed to help parents understand why traditional parenting advice often fails under chronic stress — and how nervous system regulation transforms communication, behavior, and connection.

Parents will learn:
• How stress physiology impacts behavior (for both parent and child)
• Practical co-regulation tools they can use immediately
• How to shift from survival mode into sustainable connection
• Why parent regulation is the foundation for child progress

This workshop is highly relatable, practical, and supportive — parents leave feeling empowered rather than overwhelmed.
