Join Dorothy Mandrakos Weds starting March 18th for this relaxing class.

Qigong (pronounced chi kung) is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that is similar to tai chi. You will be introduced to the 18 Lohan Hands -- a fluid, dance-like moving meditation handed down from the Shaolin Temple. Qigong is both relaxing and invigorating and can help reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility and lift your spirit! Class ends with floor exercises and meditation. Join Dorothy Mandrakos Weds starting March 18th for this relaxing class.
